ミュンヘンの夏に欠かせないイベントの一つといえば、日本祭り（ヤーパンフェスト）。 今年もEnglischer Gartenが日本人、日本ファンの方で超満員になります！

ヤーパンフェストは在ミュンヘン日本国総領事館、バイエルン独日協会、ミュンヘン日本人会の三者共催で行われます。

開催日時 ：2025年7月20日（日）

場所 ：英国庭園（Englischer Garten）日本茶室周辺（Odeonsplatzから徒歩10 分、Haus der Kunst 裏側）

＜ボランティア募集のお知らせ＞

今年も日本人会では、ヤーパンフェスト開催当日の運営をサポートして下さるボランティアの方を募集します！

お願いしたいお仕事：

· A班：９時〜11時 椅子運搬・テント＆舞台組立補助

· B班：11時〜18時 受付・ドリンク販売・見回り・迷子および落とし物窓口

· C班：18時〜19時 椅子運搬・テント＆舞台解体補助、清掃

例年A班・C班は特に人手が足らず時間がかかってしまうため、皆さまのお力が必要です。B班ご希望の方は、出来る限りA班かC班かどちらかご都合の良い方も合わせてお申し込み頂けますと助かります。

The Japanfest is one of Munich’s signature summer events, and once again this year, the Englischer Garten will be filled with Japanese culture enthusiasts!

The event is jointly organized by the Consulate-General of Japan in Munich, the Deutsch-Japanische Gesellschaft in Bayern e.V., and the Japan Club Munich.

Date       : Sunday, July 20, 2025

Location: Around the Japanese Tea House in the Englischer Garten (about a 10-minute walk from Odeonsplatz, behind Haus der Kunst)

Call for Volunteers
The Japan Club Munich is looking for volunteers to help with operations on the day of the event!

Volunteer Roles:

• Group A: 9:00-11:00   Support with setting up of tents, stage and chairs
• Group B: 11:00-18:00 Assist at reception, help with beverage sales, patrol the area, and manage lost-and-found and missing persons
• Group C: 18:00-19:00 Support with transporting chairs and assisting with tent and stage dismantling, as well as cleaning

Please note that we particularly need more volunteers for Groups A and C (setup and teardown).

If you wish to join Group B (event time support), it would be greatly appreciated if you could also sign up for either Group A or Group C, if possible.
