ミュンヘン日本人会 会員の皆様 ( English version follows )

ミュンヘンの夏に欠かせないイベントの一つといえば、日本祭り（ヤーパンフェスト）。 今年もEnglischer Gartenが日本人、日本ファンの方で超満員になります！

ヤーパンフェストは在ミュンヘン日本国総領事館、バイエルン独日協会、ミュンヘン日本人会の三者共催で行われます。

開催日時 ：2026年7月19日（日）

場所 ：英国庭園（Englischer Garten）日本茶室周辺（Odeonsplatzから徒歩10 分、Haus der Kunst 裏側）

プログラム ：※現在協議中

＜ボランティア募集のお知らせ＞

今年も日本人会では、ヤーパンフェスト開催当日の運営をサポートして下さるボランティアの方を募集します！

お願いしたいお仕事：

· A班：９時〜11時 椅子運搬・テント・トイレ＆舞台組立補助

· B班：11時〜18時 受付・ドリンク販売・見回り・迷子および落とし物窓口

· C班：17時〜19時 椅子運搬・テント＆舞台解体補助、清掃

・司会（1~2名想定）：舞台パフォーマンスの進行（日独話者）

例年A班・C班は特に人手が足らず時間がかかってしまうため、皆さまのお力が必要です。

A班からC班まで通しでご参加いただけますと非常に助かります。

B班ご希望の方は、出来る限りA班かC班かどちらかご都合の良い方も合わせてお申し込み頂けますと幸いです。

なお、A～C通しで参加いただける場合お弁当および水を、それ以外は日清食品ご提供のインスタント食品と水を支給させていただきます。

Dear Members of the Japan Club of Munich (English version)

When it comes to must-attend summer events in Munich, the Japan Festival (Japanfest) is certainly one of the highlights. This year again, the Englischer Garten will be filled with visitors—both members of the Japanese community and fans of Japan!

Japanfest is jointly organized by the Consulate-General of Japan in Munich, the German-Japanese Society in Bavaria, and the Japan Club of Munich.

Date: Sunday, July 19, 2026

Location: Around the Japanese Tea House in the Englischer Garten (Approx. 10 minutes on foot from Odeonsplatz, behind Haus der Kunst)

Call for Volunteers

As in previous years, the Japan Club is looking for volunteers to help support operations on the day of the Japanfest!

Tasks we would like your help with:

· Group A (9:00–11:00): Transporting chairs; assisting with tent, toilet, and stage setup

· Group B (11:00–18:00): Reception, drink sales, patrols, and lost & found / assistance for lost children

· Group C (17:00–19:00): Transporting chairs; assisting with dismantling tents and stage, and cleaning

· MC (1–2 persons expected): Responsible for hosting and facilitating the stage performance (Japanese–German speakers) If you are interested in serving as MC, we would appreciate it if you could contact the organizing office directly by email rather than using the form.

Application deadline: Friday, June 12, 2026

Every year, there is a particular shortage of volunteers for Groups A and C, which leads to delays.
Your support is especially needed in these time slots. It would be greatly appreciated if you could participate continuously from Group A through Group C.
If you prefer Group B, we kindly ask you to also sign up for either Group A or Group C if possible.

For participants attending sessions A through C consecutively, a bento lunch and water will be provided.
For all other participants, instant food sponsored by Nissin Foods and water will be supplied.

We warmly encourage everyone to participate!
